Three Robins Grande Banks is opening in Grande Prairie in 2026. We’re now welcoming members to our Priority Access list — the first to choose their suite and floor.
We’re located at Stone Ridge Way & 67th Avenue in Grande Prairie, Alberta — just south of the Co-op Gas Bar on 68th Avenue, close to the shopping and services you already know. Reach out and we’ll share full directions.
We’re not open yet, so building tours aren’t available just yet — but we host regular info sessions where you can meet the team, view the floor plans and renderings, and ask anything over coffee. See our Info Sessions page, or reach out and we’ll save you a spot.
Sixteen distinct layouts across four floors — from a thoughtfully sized 548 sq. ft. studio to a 1,007 sq. ft. Universal Design two-bedroom. Studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites are available, with monthly rent starting from $1,650. Explore them all on our Suites & Floor Plans page.
Suites are rental. Your monthly rent includes access to all of the amenities, the on-site team, and 24-hour emergency call.

Every suite is walker accessible, with wide doorways, lever handles, and roll-in showers where they’re needed. Our Universal Design suites are fully barrier-free. Three Robins is built to stay — you won’t need to move.
Yes — Three Robins is pet-friendly by design. Dogs, cats, and birds are welcome. We built for them too.
Yes — resident and visitor parking, with covered parking available.
Your rent includes access to all of the shared amenities, the on-site team, and 24-hour emergency call in every suite. Optional housekeeping and scheduled transportation packages are available — weekly or as you need them.
The entire 12,208 sq. ft. main floor is yours: a two-storey lobby, theatre room, woodworking shop, crafts room, movement studio and gym, demonstration kitchen, fireside lounge, and a patio with barbecue — plus a full weekly calendar of clubs, classes, and outings.
Priority Access is our pre-opening interest list. Members are the first to choose their suite and floor, the first invited to our info sessions, and the first to hear about availability and events.

It’s three simple steps. Inquire — email or call and we’ll send floor plans and current availability. Connect — join an info session or a one-on-one call to view the plans and meet the team. Reserve — choose your suite and floor; a refundable deposit holds your home until move-in.
